Guide Pins: material:SUJ2; hardness: HRC58~. Grinding after heat treatment make the product with optimum toughness, roughness and locating ability, which have high working precision and wearabilty.
Guide Bushings: material: SUJ2, after grinding the dimension precision could be highly to 0.005mm and the coaxiality is ф0.005mm.
In order to enhance the wearability ,there are MoS2 and copper alloy inserted type oil bushings. |
